Church Library

The Library of Central Christian Church is a treasure trove of biblical scholarship, art and culture resources, historical materials, inspirational literature and good reading. The collection of children’s books is especially rich. It was established in memory of Marion SoRelle, who shared her love of reading with the church. The Library has been supported and maintained through the ministry of the Disciples Women. Its present value is due to the loving, long-term labors of Virginia Parman.

It is a pleasant place for browsing and is open during church business hours and on Sundays. Books are checked out on an honor system, so it is convenient to use. Seasonal readings are featured at times such as Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter and many national holidays.
