Wednesday Night Live

As good stewards of people’s time and the expense of transportation, Central Christian Church consolidates as much of the church’s schedule on Sundays and Wednesday evening as possible. This one night of the week set aside for church frees the other evenings of the week for personal and family pursuits. This “church night” brings together fellowship, quality time for community prayer, growth and learning, leadership development, serving together, preparation for worship and ministry, and conducting the necessary business of the church.

Every Wednesday:

6:00 PM "Sandwich, Salad, Soup Supper" (suggested donation $4.00)

6:20 PM Children’s music group rehearsal
6:40 PM “Table Prayer”
7:00 PM Electives

First, Third and Fourth Wednesday Electives

• Bible study
• Companions in Christ
• Chancel Choir rehearsal

Second Wednesday Electives

• Congregational service project
• Board (odd months: January, March, May, July, September, November)
• Elders (even months: February, April, June, August, October, December)
• Chancel Choir rehearsal
• Children’s Activity

Fifth Wednesday Electives

• Congregational “town hall” meeting
• Chancel Choir rehearsal
• Children’s Activity

Sunday Fellowship Dinner

On the second Sunday of each month, the congregation gathers for Fellowship Dinner at 12:15 PM after morning worship. This is a relaxed time of sharing a real “Sunday Dinner” and chatting with good friends. Suggested donation is $7.00.

• Elders after dinner at 1:00 PM (odd months: January, March, May, July, September, November)
• Ministry Teams and other service groups may schedule their meetings for any Sunday after Fellowship Time (about 12:30 PM) or after Fellowship Dinner (about 1:00 PM).
